Bootcamp is pretty much Jeffrey teaching Landlording and Rental Management, pure and simple, all day. It's a crash course in HOW to run your business. You leave with all of his tools and checklists. I've gone twice, and last time we took some of the kids too. Well worth it.
As you know, the Convention has some of that, but many different speakers teach different things - not always landlording but all kinds of topics.
The Retreat is somewhat like a convention - only on vacation. There is one speaker a day, plus Jeffrey, and it's a whole different group of people than you would find at the Convention. Classes are exellent and fulfill all legal requirements, but leave you lots of time to enjoy the all-inclusive resort and its amenities. MUCH more relaxed. --50.82.xxx.xxx |

Is the contact for bootcamp updated to include dealing with the new laws & restrictions, as in screening and managing under them?
