Just paid off the first building!!!!! Now to work at paying the other one off over the next few years! Thank you to all of you who have taught me how to screen, manage, and run my business in a way that puts more money at paying down notes than into vacancies or evictions/lawyers, etc.

I prefer to mortgage the heck out of my buildings to keep them from the siphoning injury lawyers.

My properties are refinanced every five years to make improvements.

The painful part is that property tax assessments are raised accordingly.

None of my properties will ever be paid off. That is my business plan. It may not be yours but mine has been working fine for me and flowing cash. We all have a different level of wants, needs, and expectations in this business. --184.57.xxx.xx
