There is a low end long term stay motel here in my area that's been in the news. Almost all the "tenants" in the motel stopped paying and refused to leave near the beginning of this COVID situation. The owner ended up abandoning the complex. I'm sure that was an excruciating decision but he is still better off than this other guy is now. --72.188.xxx.xxx

It is a sad situation all the way around. These "tenants" are total sleaze, to be sure, but even they didn't deserve to be kidnapped at gunpoint and then dumped. And the LL was driven to the brink by bad gov't policy and whatever else was going on in his life. --72.188.xxx.xxx
