thinking out loud. Make it a requirement to send in to office picture of DV license in order to make an appt to see inside.
Anyone over the age of 18 who will be residing there. That would give us a place to start prior to wasting time showing dead beats.
Anyone doing this?

here, at the big complexes, you must hand them your physical driver license at the office prior to a showing. It remains in the office while they show you the units. When finished, they hand you the license and away you go. --72.70.xxx.xxx |

I take a photo of this sitting next to the name for each applicant, some cring and walk away - saving me trying to make it work knowing it will fail before the lease runs out, great way to dodge a bullt. --23.125.xxx.xx |
