Good day Landlords:

came across this in my February Newsletter from my RE Insurance group:

If you're concerned about regulations affecting your business, consider supporting The Center for Housing Economics, an organization that will speak up for you.

Maybe worth a review.

First off all rental housing providers support local communities where goods, services are bought locally not the third world. It is going be extensive investment to become green where adding more insulation, new windows along with high efficiency gas boilers or furnaces will reduce carbon foot print. The left wing extremists are completely disconnected from reality where there is never going to enough money from the federal, provincial, state or municipal governments to completely buy out all the private sector rental housing to build the so called not for profit rental housing along with the considerable loss as running a rental complex that losses a $100,000 per year where they do not pay the 13 per cent harmonized sales tax where loss adds more. Many here still remember the time they voted in the Socialist Democratic government in the province of Ontario where in one day 20,000 jobs were lost in one day and another 20,000 jobs. Many of workers were promised no rent increases under rent control but one worker said what the () good is rent control if you do not have a job. --99.236.xxx.xxx
