Went to inspect an empty unit yesterday. Turnover 1 of 4 coming for March 1st...
Perfectly clean. Spotless in fact. We did find dog scratch damages on a low window which they had informed us about (otherwise would have missed until later, it was well hidden behind curtain.)
A previous punch hole in hollow core bedroom door was revealed because the whiteboard I had hung there to cover it YEARS ago had finally fallen off LOL! Not this tenant's fault.
Few lightbulbs were out. Turned out to be simply unscrewed.
Hmm...anything else? I do believe that's it. New tenant moves in tomorrow. --50.82.xxx.xxx |

Isn't it great when this happens??? I love it!
I call it part of my Tenant Training and Pocketbook training as well.
And I lay it all flat out for them from start to finish.
The better you take care of the property while living there and how you clean when you leave reflects 100% on YOUR deposit refund.

Turnover 2 inspection is tomorrow. This is not going to go as well, I can feel it in my bones. DH is going to have to handle it though, as I have a dentist appointment. Can you believe I'd rather be at the dentist that do this walk-through? --50.82.xxx.xxx |

Congrats! The Queen of Turnovers wins again!
I noticed loose lightbulbs today. Thought it weird.
We screwed them in and I realized the 4 LED lights on the ceiling fan were VERY bright, too bright.
