Any word on rental assistance? Ohio in particular. Also are any rental property owners qualifying for PPP loans that do NOT pay self employment tax?

Your tenant will have to apply.

PPP loans are still restricted to businesses that have employees.

If you do have to go to court, most courts in Ohio are examining the tenants Covid declaration to determine the validity. --66.42.xxx.xxx
