No. Have not heard of them but they list on Zillow and they say they list it on Zillow also. This may be interesting because Zillow now charges $9.99 a week for listing. I can do a 360 picture walk through on Zillow . I wonder how they get to use Zillow with out this charge. Looking forward to hearing more on this conversation. I have been checking them out. May drop my Zillow adds and try Avail. They are only for small landlords. Here recently my Zillow leads have all been low quality. People who dont make enough or have low credit scores.
Will report back when I have some more experience.

Well I tried Avail for several days. Not too cool on how the Leads come in. Don't like their Credit and background check system The client has to set up an account and it cost 55 per person to run all the checks.
When you ask a question they first send you items to read up on and sometimes they have nothing to do with your questions. For now will stick with Zillow since I have the camera to do their 3D. I like the way Zillow sends me the leads also. Will probably run credit checks with RentPerfect and collect rent by check with possible Zillow. Any other insights are appreciated. Only have two houses but like not having to collect rent in person. Using PayPal right now but would like the ACH system better , I think --99.120.xxx.xxx |
