Hi Wayne,
As JAC says about 30 days or a little more during normal times. Please use your initials or a made up name to try to protect your identity. Also go to the Franklin County Municipal Court site for the various forms and there is a little bit of information there about evictions. Also you can look up past tenants and prospective tenants there to see if they had previous evictions or other stuff. Also I usually request in a letter to schedule me a ten day court date. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. It might depend upon how busy the courts are. Good luck. --12.47.xx.xx |
