Looking for a free or low cost software for PDF signatures for leases, addendums, etc. As a reference, DocuSign is $10/month with one user if I pay annually but limited to 5 documents per month. That would work for non-busy months, but on occasion I've needed a few more. Never more than 10 per month.

Realistically, I do 50 documents a year. If they'd just let me have 60 annually, that would be perfect, but they don't. At this level you "use 'em or lose 'em." Their next level up is $25/month and allows 100 documents annually per user with a max of 5 users. I don't need multiple users, and 100 documents would be far more than I'd need. A happy medium would be better, but they offer no such plan. Suggestions?

PDFiller. $79 a year, I think. I've been using them for three (?) years now for every lease.

I know I am not using them to full potential either. There's lots more they can do, I just haven't explored it. --50.82.xxx.xxx

Clearnow has an esign service and they charge 50 cents to have a document signed. No commitments and need to use their auto draft service.

It has worked for me but is very basic (only signatures) no ability to check a box (for example). --216.186.xxx.xx

Note: I don't use the Business options of PDFiller - they have special options for certain types of businesses including Real Estate. But of course I want to use my own lease and other documents. --50.82.xxx.xxx

As Lisa said, ClearNow's eSignToday service seems to fit what you need at fifty cents per signature. --136.56.x.xxx
