Bought a farm. Has an old oil lease on it. Has a bunch of scrap iron pipe...been there about 20+ years. Would like to haul it off for scrap iron.
Issues?

What scrap? Just recycle and erase the memory. --172.58.xx.xxx |

You need to read the oil lease because sometimes it covers items on the surface such as iron, ore, metals ferrous and non-ferrous metals, etc. Hauling off scrap should be a no brainer, but I'd read the lease.
One of my friends purchased a trailer on 5 acres. The seller had previous sold the oil and mineral rights. It included his water rights too. He was limited to pump out of the ground, a maximum of 300 gallons a day. So he had to buy the neighbors lot next door and then run a pipe from his pump to his trailer/farm because that owner still have his water rights. --47.155.xx.xxx |

If this was gas, your house might have the right to use the well. --24.101.xxx.xx |
