B is raising minimum wage on the same bill that is handing out $1,400 for all. That usually results in about a third of the workforce losing their jobs. NP did that 3 times during the mortgage crisis that took down the economy in 2008. Her credit less mortgage recipients couldn't pay so she raised their minimum wage and they all got fired!
