Hi All, I see that Biden is attempting to ban evictions through September 2021. Has anyone found out the fine-print on this?

Here there is temporary ban on evictions where not every tenant had a loss of income or employment where they should be paying rent. It seems the funeral homes have had a increase in business. Sooner or later there is going to be a class action suit for this is not constitutional. There needs to be a temporary help for tenants who lost income where those who can pay rent should. As a group a class action suit no matter if it goes to supreme court is the only option to stop this madness. --99.236.xxx.xxx |
