Because if DOD, we'll "only" have to pay taxes on 30% of home value. We are selling and will be investing elsewhere and moving away from rental homes. --174.193.xxx.xxx

Because of Prop 19 my kids will sell my rentals and my tenants will need to move. We will offer to sell them the homes but each one will have a payment $ 400 or $500 higher than their rent so probably won’t work. --99.23.xxx.x
