Looking at the SimpliSafe Home Security Kit with HD Camera at Cosco to use in latest rehab, price looks good for basic service but for alerts to your phone price goes up.
When you look at customer reviews it looks like they have a major problem with customer no service. Is anyone using SimpleSafe and happy with customer service fixing problems? --47.205.xxx.x |

I have used Simply Safe for four years but without a camera and never a problem. I Sign up for monitoring service at $15 a month and cancel it when it is no longer empty. --99.23.xxx.x |

Excellent customer service experience. They kept emailing us that our base station wasn't communicating with them, worked thru it with us. Also they, after market sent us an updated circuit board without us even asking. No cost to us. Been very satisfied with the product and customer service. --172.58.xx.xxx |

We operate multiple SimpliSafe systems and move them around, so lots of opportunity for problems.
Over the past few years their customer service has been fantastic. Helped test over the phone, sent a free replacement board when one got fried (lightning??), the monitoring called within seconds of a tripped alarm...
LOVE that I can operate it from my phone, Gives me a text when a worker or realtor logs in and again out...
Lots of extra sensors available on Amazon and ebay.
$15/mo to send texts to your phone, $24 for live monitoring to call you then call the police if you do not answer.
Don’t over think this. The pros here are telling you it is good.

I've used them for years. great to move around empty units. The cameras only work with wifi so if there's no hotspot near the camera is useless. --73.45.xx.xx |

Its great. I have one in my home and one as a spare so whenever I have a vacancy, I put in it and cancel it when it is filled. No contract and a phone app that works good. I would recommend it. --76.125.xxx.xxx |
