I have a flip listed on Zillow which led to a call to also show my listing on Fizber.
Anyone have any experience or knowledge of this company?

Site looks professional. They just copy my ad and photos from Zillow. Good thing we use a watermark.
No realtor ads to make it look like you have to call them to see the house.
No stupid value estimates to mislead your buyers.
Looks like they make money on ads fro financing.
I hope they give Zillow a run for the money.

Looks like they are independent of, but still syndicate to Zillow, Trulia, and Redfin. Never tried them since I've not sold anything in awhile. Will be interested to hear if you have a good experience!
I think a lot of these competitors pop up hoping to be bought out by the big boys at some point. Sort of like local trash companies that compete against the two megaliths in our town. Some guy with a truck and a trailer big enough to haul 8 cans at a time works his butt off for 3-4 years to build a business up to several thousand customers and owning 4-5 trucks by undercutting the big haulers and getting their customers, then sells the customer list and the name back to the big boys for $100K-$200K profit. --107.216.xxx.xxx |
