State Specific Question About: MASSACHUSETTS (MA)
I owe back taxes for the years 2019 and 2020. At what point will the town start action for a tax sale or put in up for auction?
This is my Mothers house and she passed away recently. I can't put in up for sale in June 2021 because of some other issues.

I would also explain your plan. Most are pretty forgiving if they know you have a plan with a solid timeline. Don't be surprised if they ask you to start making payments to show that you are serious about getting it resolved. --64.130.xx.xxx |
