DJ, if it's complicated to have someone shop for you, you can give them cash and they can get Costco cash cards. I was told to You can shop with those and not be a member.

That's a great price. Same as I have been paying for a basic first gen system used without camera on ebay.

Gonna snatch up some!

Ring is good if you have internet wifi. Cheaper per month. Simplisafe is best if no wifi like a vacant or flip house. But must have wifi to use the cameras.

$99 used system helped me sell a house. "We'll buy if you throw in the security system." DONE!
