The only one that might somewhat apply would be a discounted rent if paid before or no later then the 1st. I think some here offer that but I don't believe there is really a discount so much as a normal rent price that is hiked up if late. --73.120.xx.xxx |

They could also title this article "13 Ways to DQ yourself in the pre-screen process."
Some of these might work on desperate or lazy Mom and Pop land lords. But Pros and seasoned investors? Not a chance. They forget that tenants only communicate with at most a handful of land lords in a year's time whereas we communicate with hundreds if not thousands of prospects.
