I’m having increased problems with tenants and their mail / packages mostly due to online shipping addresses not being changed when they move. I tell them to forward their mail / change address when they tell me they are moving, but they never do. I’m not responsible for tenants mail or playing doorman for packages. I have a lot of units and I’m getting mail issues like this all the time. Any suggestions or tips on what other multi family landlord’s tell moving tenants? Thanks, B --24.144.xx.xxx
