For those who use Repose Gray, or other grays in your units -- do you paint the bathrooms gray too, or use a white? Thanks.

J,
Gray is still IN, even in bathrooms.
However, we use EXTERIOR paint in bathrooms sue to high humidity. Seems to help reduce mold issues.
White trim. White wall tile.
Bright chrome hardware.

Exactly what Brad said is what I do. In fact I have two houses painted Navajo White throughout. Bathrooms were wall papered and we removed the wall paper and painted them repose gray. Every person who ever looked at the houses said, “I love the color you chose for the bathroom.”
Since this experience we now do whole house repainting in the repose gray. I was skeptical but it is uncanny how much it is liked. I must say it does look nice.
I almost always use exterior semi gloss in bathrooms and most definitely on the ceiling. --75.89.xxx.xxx |

Thanks.
Actually I have a vacant unit right now that doesn't have an exhaust fan, just a window that the T should in theory open when taking a shower. The exterior paint might be a good idea to help with mildew in there. --72.188.xxx.xxx |

We redid our bathroom in gray. Wife was disappointed the floor tiles didn't match like she hoped. Luckily my solution of changing light bulbs to cool rather than sunlight/day or natural worked. Glad we didn't have to rip out the new flooring. --108.69.xxx.xxx |

J,
You can also add a packet of MOLD INHIBITOR to your exterior paint. Could be a great help in FL.
