Hi ... I used the site turbotenant a few times and liked it. I've since filled those vacancies and have two now and one coming up within a week or so that I want to post.
The two I have right now are houses but I can't get them to post on that site. It just comes back indicating that they can't post because it violates their posting standards but I have no idea what it is. I've looked for key words (responsible, adult, etc) as I know some sites don't like those words and can be seen as "discriminatory".
Does anyone else use this site and have any ideas as to why it won't post?

Not familiar with that sight. Just a suggest take out some spaces in those words or type it with a typo or special characters breaking up the word and try and post. re-spon-si*ble, a d u l t --172.56.xx.xxx |

They have a screening fee max of $45. If you list it saying anything over that amount it will be rejected. Either lower it to $45 or don't mention the amount in the ad. --73.25.xx.xxx |

My background and credit check fee is $20 so that can't be it. However, I may look at the other listing I had and see if I mentioned it. If I didn't that may be why but I usually do only because it's more honest. --67.242.xx.xx |
