I am not sure what part of the state you are in, but would be interested in a lip property in Fremont County?

I see a property that is being marketed there from the federal government in an unusual manner.

I don't know market values out there but I do know 3 BR 2 Ba 1 Car SFH that is 13 years old should cost more than my car does.
