Dear Santa,
2020 was a rough year to be a landlord and we were all very good (most of the time). Can you please stop by the house and drop off the following gifts for me:
1) Replacement lithium batteries for the drill.
2) A new updated marketing mailer list
3) Updated QB software
4) Road trip away from the snow in Feb
5) Steeler Superbowl Win
6)
7)
8)
9)
And Santa, there are many more people that are less fortunate than me. Can you make sure that they get something from Toys for Tots. Look after those in poor health and those that are hungry - we make make sure you get extra milk and cookies this year as there is a need. Thanks Santa for looking out for ALL of us

Haaa, I was visiting a house today and saw a little girl sitting in a very pronounced chair.
Knowing said girl, I walked up sat on her lap saying " Dear Santa, I would like a bunny rabbit".
Must be something in the air.
To add to your list.
6) Better miles per gallon
7) Even lower interest rates
8) A Walker Turner Band saw.
9) A magnet from the National Police Memorial
That's about it. Give all the other good stuff like peace hand health to everyone else!
