Does anyone have any experience and/or knowledge dealing with a problem tenant who may have dementia? What are landlord rights in CA on this matter? We have only 2 rental units on our property, and we cannot afford to pay to relocate this tenant. she sued us last year, settled via mediation, got a BUNCH of $ but refused to consider moving, and is now violating settlement agreement. Tenant making false statements & allegations. Our property manager quit, and we have not been able to find a replacement who is willing to manage a property with a problem tenant. We are both on social security, my husband had a stroke in 2018, so we can no longer afford to live in the S.F. area, but cannot even sell and move to a more affordable area. PLEASE HELP IF YOU CAN! --73.189.xxx.xx |

You need a lawyer, not advice from anonymous folks on the internet. --98.13.xx.xxx |

Lawyer.
Why do you say you cannot sell?
