Hey Plenty, you were right about everything on the bathtub damage.

I had it resurfaced and then sent the ex-T the required letter and evidence for the deduction...he got it and texted me. I'm sure he's not thrilled about it but he didn't seem angry and isn't going to contest it.

You were right: they know when they've done damage to the unit.
