Does anybody have suggestions for managers who work with Mr. Landlord on LI near the Nassau/Suffolk border? --108.28.xxx.xxx |

Don't outsource the tasks you preform best with, do train up and outsource the task you don't like.
Not sure how to train up some one? Or what to do? Attend LL Boot Camp.
As for total outsourcing - what makes you think they will care more about your place than you do? --24.101.xxx.xx |

Thanks much for the thought. I had a similar discussion with a colleague earlier today. Thanks again,

There are other reason to hire out property management. Not everyone has the time to micromanage apartments. Take someone that is a doctor. I see several investing in rentals, and with the hours they work, they really can't be too involved in rentals.

Have a friend with an autistic child who also cannot manage his apartments directly so he hires a property manager. He's not been having very good luck finding good ones however. At this point I prefer to manage my own. The only thing that's a hassle is getting good people to handle repairs and such --172.58.xxx.xx |
