My business email is on gmail. I just received an email about "email tracking".
Any of you use it to track rather or not your residents open your messages? --205.223.xxx.xx |

No I don't ... I don't care if they do or not. I have proof that I sent it. Although, I don't normally email my residents on anything that is important ... if it's that important I call, text, mail (yes, usps) and post the note on the door as applicable.
Case in point - I have water meters at one property that are going to be changed out ... I've already written the tenants a letter and mailed it with the date and timeframe of expected water outage while the water meters are being changed/ upgraded. I will text them the day before as a reminder.
Many people do not even use email and if they do they have many of them. It's hard enough to keep their phone numbers current ... I'm not doing that with email too. --67.242.xx.xx |

Does it seem like a new scam? --24.101.xxx.xx |

Suppose more information is not a bad thing when used in your business. What would you hope it would provide for you? --99.203.xxx.xxx |
