Jeffrey, Brad and all those that shared on the round table tonight, thank you. I learned a few new places to look for contractors, like supply houses or big box stores at the crack of dawn. I was reminded of things I have let slide and been inspired to get going on checklists. Thank you to all that give their time on this site to educate, bounce ideas around, and help navigate daily landlord challenges. It makes me a better housing provider (I like that new term, Brad)!
