Several landlords who participated in our first two MrL ZOOM Roundtables asked if we could do it again. And some of you who missed one or both of them also asked if there would be another one.

Good News! MrL ZOOM Roundtable #3 will be taking place THIS Saturday, September 26th. Our last two Roundtables have gone well with great exchanges of ideas, much like the Round Table discussions which take place at our Landlord Conventions over the years. Thanks again to Brad 20,000 who has done an excellent job of moderating. So I twisted Brad's arm one more time:) and asked if he would moderate MrL ZOOM Roundtable #3

TIME: This Saturday evening September 26th at 8pm Eastern, 7 Central, 6 Mountain daylight (Denver), 5 Mountain standard (Phoenix), 5 Pacific, and will be 60 minutes long.

It's not enough just to find a good repair person. The real secret to success is knowing how to work with them and maintain the relationship.

And by the way, "good" does not mean cheap:).
