What is the best and appropriate way to ask a tenant if they are prepared to be out by the last day of their lease? I sent one of my tenants a 60 day notice prior to the end of their lease informing them that I was not renewing their lease. I want to follow up to ensure that they will be out on the last day of their lease... recommendations please. --98.15.xxx.xxx |

We send the move out letter and condition of premises letter around the 10th. Around the 22 or 23 we call. We tell them we are working out to schedule the inside inspection and need to know they'll be out in time. Followed by: are you possible leaving early? If so, please let us know, so we can get the inspection done and your deposit back in a timely fashion.
