I came across this site while looking for replacement hardwired smoke detectors for my personal house and they had their opinions as to what's best. I know we frequently ask each other what you are using so I thought I'd pass this one if anyone is interested. Their prices were good too.

@ Gene Yes that is true but I liked the easy peasy presentation and my existing ones in my home are First Alert. Just sharing. Sometimes I find the internet can give you too much information so as you are paralyzed by the information and do nothing. --71.217.xxx.xxx
