Over the past 30 or so years my brother, his wife and then his two sons began purchasing and renovating homes outside the Atlanta area . The family did without many many things to make this an ongoing business “The American Dream”

Now the CDC (who has no financial background) places a law into existence . My brother and his now grown family and their children must suffer consequences of the CDC by supporting the tenants within the homes my brother owns by stalling their rental payments to him. How is MY brother and his family going to handle the burden of the expenses of the homes without income coming in??? And his own life and that if his family?

This is not a bank or mortgage company we’re speaking of but hard working Americans trying to Make a living and support their own families without the help of the government.

I bet there is a tighter lockdown coming with much more business closures. They strip away the ability to evict combined with forced shelter in place orders and they can pull off the next move.

I mean, why not? The plandemic/scamdemic is a free pass for them to do whatever they want so far.

do -- any of you have a brain? Ken we took the PPP to keep from laying off people for one month. Your ticket cause you didn't. I can't help that. Kind of shocked since most NY'er I know are on top of FREE money. You missed it so now everyone else is a dog. (not a dog mind you just a saying)

MYOB, I did by the way send an email to the White House. At this point though, what difference is it going make. My guess is none.

You should've been upset when they locked in your houses 4 months ago. That's when everybody should've been up in arms over this cr@p, but now the momentum has snowballed and it's picking up everybody.

MY letters and outrage to the President and Congressional-leaders from my State WEREN'T FOR ME! OUR LETTERS for the past few days have been for MY fellow landlords. YES landlords from this site. The mom and pop landlords who have debt and are facing dire financial crisis. YEA a crisis that could see them lose it all. The sad part-- there's nothing they (individually) can do. We've got to do this as a group.

We know most folks here are not making millions and millions and are for the most part starting out.

My annoyance with you 2 who keep harping on how you all were right and how we are wrong and took money we didn't need and any other thing you can add on--- deflecting deflecting. when i see the marchers out there and see the commentary's from fake news--- 'THERE NOT RIOTING THERE PROTESTING" I think of some posts here-- throw in the hand-grande and walk away.

NE I had nothing to protest 5 or 6 months ago. I have and still do protect myself and my guys whether at work or going to a vacation spot. There's no reason not to and 500,000 dead people who maybe should have worn a mask could be the proof.

Myself and thousands of others didn't have the use of your crystal ball NE. That crystal ball doesn't say "don't protect yourself" fact is those 500,000 dead people died of something. So I can go with the flow without claiming some underlying gov't plot.

My objection now is people are out and about-- they know how to work and protect themselves until a vaccine is found-- so lets get back to work-- and that includes the courts.
