Youtube channel, this guy is the best for DIY landlords to learn to do everything. I just started watching and wish I didn't start my ikea kitchen till I watched him.. I didn't do anything wrong, just he explained everything better..

Tons of golden nuggets on rehab everything.. enjoy!

Older kitchen cabinets usually the base is solid made from real wood instead pressed board. If the base is solid then replacing or refinishing cabinet doors along with installing a new counter top and back splash will cost a lot less in labour and materials along with being more environment friendly. Maybe in the tv renovation shows they are not worried about the costs and labour of a complete tear out. In the house kitchen decided to spend on a new quartz counter top instead a complete tear out. Later going to refinish cabinet doors along with handles. --147.194.xxx.xx
