So the new extension has issued. Moratorium is in place. I may not be able to go to court and evict but I can still file for none pay. Each month on the first amend the case adding on the next months rent. Stop laughing!!!! There's a reason. Ok so I don't get anything.
I'm playing for the upside of this.
If I file I now --- the next LL (4 months from now) will see the application and report showing me as a recent "attempt" to evict for none pay and all the amendments. It's out there for you of ALL to see.
I know there is no court ruling but where can the tenant go when the system opens back up? Can they apply other places to avoid me? Sure! Wouldn't it be easier to pay me, even under a plan, and stay where they are? Wouldn't it be better for me to allow them to stay?
Mediation followed by a consent agreement that if not followed to the T will grant immediate possession.
