State Specific Question About: WISCONSIN (WI)
My friend is thinking of hiring a property manager to manage her 20 properties. She is in a different town about 30 miles away. What are some questions you would ask someone who wants to be hired as your property manager? --70.158.xxx.xx |

Richard, I think auto fill may have supplied those. I reported it to webmaster, they kindly took those down.
Marlene, to help avoid double posts, on an I phone or iPad, anyway, watch for a thin blue line directly underneath Mr. Landlord at the top of the page. The inter webs, as a whole have been a little slow lately, probably the increased traffic from everybody working from home, schooling from home, sitting at home online shopping, lol!
Marlene, are you a member of Apartment Association of SouthEast Wisconsin? With a last name like yours, I would certainly think so. If not, you might want to look into it. Meetings are online right now of course, ( I didn’t renew this year, so not quite sure how they are operating,) but their newsletter is still useful. There are also associations elsewhere around the state- Madison, Fox Valley for sure. --70.92.xxx.xxx |
