DID you know not everyone is on face book? I'm on Mr. LL do you have a link to those articles to your site?
(To explain: I had to sign an affidavit when I hired an attorney we use for RE litigation. The affidavit was that we would never be a part of nor post on those types of sites. The legal relationship would be terminated.)
We haven't been FB since about 08. Although my collection girl does it-- we are not on it.

This is the reason (one of them) we had the Boston Tea party. I've mentioned before the Bill of Rights is no more.
The gov''t is asking private citizens to house, at the owner's expense, people/families. Housing others takes food and assets away from the owner and owners family while still requiring the owners to pay taxes, insurance and maintain the premises.
When the British did this in 1774-- required to house and feed soldiers with no compensation-- the colonies went ballistic and revolted. (bill of rights)
Can someone tell me what the difference is, using the underlying premise, that the HOMEOWNER is not being compensated?
So to legitimize this: if the owners are required to keep the tenants the government entity needs to anti up to the owners the contract rent. Let the government PAY THE RENT INTO THE COURT-- JUST LIKE A TENANT IS REQUIRED TO DO WHEN THEY STAY IN A PROPERTY. tHE GOV'T HAS NOW ASSUMED THAT ROLL BY STEPPING INTO THIS. --99.103.xxx.xxx |

MYOB, that’s very interesting, and smart, that the litigation attorney requires no FB. I got off a few years ago, and am all the happier for it. I do realize I am missing out on some things, but missing out on all the negatives is bette, imo.

there are many good points. The landlord would have to have stopped paying their mortgage a year ago. So I ask every to reread the article with a Hugh amount of skepticism. There are many good points, but after the first paragraph why keep reading it. --68.41.xxx.xx |

wayde MI not sure where you got your info. Maybe banks can't but it's more banks won't cause they aren't really interested since it's not THEIR MONEY.
Here in GA: the timeline is: no payment by 10th of the month-- serve notice that property will be foreclosed on. The next month run ad in legal newspaper for 4 consecutive weeks. First Tuesday of the next month cry out on courthouse steps and it's yours. 3 months been there and done it and more than once.
Funny how when it's your loan (owner financing) you can flip this through to get it back. Timing is everything.
To be fair-- now you have to evict-- thats 30 to 45 days. --99.103.xxx.xxx |
