This is just a fantasy "If you could do anything with no repercussions, what would it be?"
Hypothetically speaking, say you closed on a house. During the pre-close walkthrough, everything was alright.
However, the next day you go back to find somebody sleeping inside.
Without worrying about legal ramifications and without utilizing the proper court channels, if you could oust this individual in any way imaginable, what would it be?
How fun would it be to temporarily re-home a hive of bees in the property for a little while? Maybe the house needs a termite fumigation with a gas similar to tear gas?

Hear they use bouncers or security guards to throw out squatters all the time in Europe. Huge squatter problem there. My guess is a ferocious pitbull or doberman on a leash - if you aren't out the door now, the dog gets a scooby snack! No fantasy. A new landlord cleared out a rental from a non rent paying tenant and put the tenants belongings in storage. Unless the tenant agreed to sign a release and turn over the keys, he wasn't getting his stuff back.
