We just saw a subway car being transported down the highway... yup, rethink that public transportation with everyone packed together. Whether that means more bikes, more cars or whatever, people are going to be more wary.
I also predict they will find that wearing a mask in public does give you some protection. Maybe not complete, but some.

I predict that doctors will soon pick up on the following information and start actually curing people and this whole thing will be over soon. In some ways it seems like those in charge are going to protect the strategies they have prepared so they don't look stupid.
Hydroxyquinolone has been used in a study in France and curedx 40 people and also removed left over virus from their bodies. Also data from China and Korea on use of that drug. It's cheap at 50 cents a pill and very available. One of the researchers spoke last night on Laura Ingraham's show on Fox and they also had video of the head experimenter. Then of course they spoke to "Dr. Expert Siegel" and he brushed that off and laughed and said ha ha well there will have to be studies. NO. It's been studied. This is an emergency. Its safe as a prophylactic too to prevent it. Spoke to my friend this morning who is a farmer and a pharmacist and she said it's been used for years for people travelling to countries with malaria. The CDC guy, Fauci, keep making excuse. He's the one who did not accept tests from WHO and used tests we had that were faulty. One of the three reagents did not work.
He also discovered the AIDS virus but another doctor claims he had it first and made a good case for being the first and I believe him. Fauci seems to be a little problem. If you get sick, try asking your doctor for the malaria drug. I surely would.

JKJ, that then begs the questions "how long?"
How long do you HONESTLY think that will fly for? A week, 2 weeks, a month?
I give it 48 hours before people start leaving their houses. Most likely heroin junkies, alcoholics and other fiends.
Also criminals will be out and about especially at night. Unattended businesses and people who follow the law stuck in their houses with no police response in certain areas to things like BURGLARY!!
The limited police response is a real thing folks, look it up.
That's 48-72 hours.
Then what about the ones who have very limited food? After a week, I guarantee they leave their houses too in search of food. Maybe even knocking on your door. At night.
What will they do? Throw everyone in jail? Or will they start shooting them?
This this through folks. Long term lock down won't happen for that long without pushback starting with the crazies. --50.107.xxx.xxx |

-politically we will take a sharp turn, not sure if left or right
- RE investors there will be more purchase opportunities
- LL who do not know how to collect unpaid rent will have huge loses and maybe go under
- Class C- rentals will be the most challenging during this time
- The impact is going to continue even after we get a vaccination for virus
- stock market is not goin to jump back immediately
- rental vacancies will decrease, more better qualified renters

I.E. grocery shopping, dr appointments, going to get medications, you know essentials!! As for the drug addicts, I don’t anything would keep them from looking to meet their drug needs! NE I don’t agree with all the panicking that’s going on in the County, but you know what, I also don’t understand people that refuse to accept this for what it is. To the others that are discussing martial law and arresting those that violate a shelter in place order, I don’t think it will come to that. I say that because if there is a shelter in place order, EVERYTHING except those store and locations deemed essential will be closed, there will be nowhere for people to go other than essential business and travel. --174.192.xx.xxx |

JKJ [MA], were you around during the blizzard of 1978 when all non essential travel was banned & MA national Guard troops were active to enforce the travel ban? It was amazing how many entitled people thought the ban applied to everyone but them. I was given a pass which allowed me to use all of my 4wd vehicles to transport doctors, nurses & even some patients to & from my local hospital.
In the case of a major disaster whether it's mega snow storm, a hurricane, a tornado, typhoon or an earth quake most people have some personal knowledge of what it is actually like & realize that it only will last for a defined period of time. Overall during times like those most people cooperate, help out their neighbors & work together to get through it. This world wide virus thing is a whole new ballgame for everyone.

But my comments regarding martial law weren’t saying it wouldn’t happen, or couldn’t happen, but I didn’t think it will happen. As an adult, the ice storm we had about 10 years ago also pulled people together. I can remember as heat got restored we would pick up the generator and take it to the next person on the list who had pipes at risk of freezing/bursting. It was like musical generators. Hopefully people will pull together for this as well, yet keep their distance:)
