I have ten years experience as a full time real estate investor, from 1998 to 2008, and since then I have just done one deal. But I work, I have a full time job in Sales and Customer Service. I own my own home, and I made a Million Dollars in real estate during that ten year period where I was full time. I have never lost money on any real estate investment. But since 2008, I have only done one deal. The reason for this is that my husband was sick with alzheimers and finally died, and I was taking care of him, and then I had breast cancer but completely recovered. Now I am healthy and ready to go back into real estate again. However, I am looking for 100% financing, due to the fact that I lost everything in 2008 due to the market crash, and then due to my illness and my husbands illness. Now don't get me wrong, I am doing fine. I own a home and have a good job. I have good health. I am just not doing so well that I have extra money for real estate down payments. But I can offer ten years experience and can prove it. I have copies of checks written to me from title companies when I bought fixed and sold a property, after all the bills were paid, after the private lender was paid, I have copies of the final checks that I received from the title companies which can be documented with the title companies showing that I made a profit on every single house. I bought and sold over twenty houses and had a partner for a while that said I was amazing at this business. I am 74 years old and looking to start back again, with a smart private lender that knows what a good thing hes got in me. I am probably better at doing this business than most of you out there. But I am a senior woman alone, and you guys probably had most of your fortunes handed to you by your family on a silver platter. At any rate, I am looking for a private lender that will loan 100% of the purchase price and he or she will receive a first mortgage on a nice house and a good interest rate as well. I pay all my bills on time, and so you will be set for life with me as your real estate partner. I can send you written proof of all of this, but only if you are seriously interested.
