It's not a crash. The market itself is at very high levels. What we have are several million people sitting at home trading on their computers. They have no spine and are in it to take profits. the worst is yet to come. it will be worse than 2008-09. cmbs loans not getting paid. servicers can’t pay investors. commercial tenants can’t pay rents. your tenants can’t pay rents. liquidity tightening despite fed desperate efforts to juice. gdp will be worst ever 2nd & 3rd qtrs, record unemployment claims last week (5x previous week record) and this week first time claims will be worse than last. we are all in a pickle.
