This is not the right season for this question but nevertheless I have a need!

I acquired a "snow blower" "(Honda) HS621"that I would like to store until needed in the winter.

I don't want to build a shed as it's a lot of work so I am interested in a vinyl shed that can be easily assembled by me.

Could you recommend a shed (brand and model) that would fit a snow blower of size about 5 ft x 2 ft x 4 ft when handles are folded. Size in inches or cu ft would be appreciated.

Thanks.

I purchased 4 sheds on sale in the past two months. Three from Home Depot and One from Lowe's.

A small shed, two medium sheds and 1 large shed.

4' x 3' x 4' tall

4-1/2' x 4-3/4' x 6' tall

And a 7' x 7' x 8' pitched roof shed.

$150, $245, $550.

Rubbermaid and the other brands sold by HD and Lowe's are nice, but you'll need to set up a raised surface for their base to rest on. --47.156.xx.xx

We got a rubbermaid shed over 10 years ago. Snapped it together ourselves. Double front doors, gable roof, 7x7. We stored hay and sheep gear in it for years, then it became a tool shed. Still holding up well. It is installed on pallets, but we easily moved it from one side of the house to the other last year. The door sticks a bit, but other than that we certainly got my money's worth and will get more years out of it. --108.4.xxx.xx

We've had two rubbermaid sheds for years and they have held up really well. --50.233.xxx.xxx

I had three Rubbermaid at my beach house for years. They were great. I brought them out here to the gawdforsaken desert and all three were destroyed by the winds in a year.

So, as long as your weather isn't extreme they should work fine. --47.216.xx.xxx

We have four vinyl sheds. Three are older, purchased from Home Depot about 8-10 years ago. Holding up but the fourth one, installed this year, is far superior in design, according to my husband who puts them together.

This one was purchased from CostCo, Lifetime is the manufacturer, and it is 8 x 7.5. Price was $899 on sale. Nice looking shed, too.

I had my handyman build a wooden one next to a duplex for a snowblower. Didn't take long, Didn't cost much. It's visible from the street and has not been broken into. Fits the snowblower perfectly. It's the Toro with the lights on the handle and the shift that is on a rotating ball. Nice machine. It's on a plywood floor too. Those plastic ones sound too expensive. The groundhogs around here would knock them over trying to live under them and mice would chew holes in them. --173.61.xxx.xx

Anything Vinyl located outdoor can't stand up to the elements.

I used to build sheds from the ground up, with garage type quality, at a cost just slightly higher than HD's/Lowe's sheds you see in their parking lots. 30 years later, they still look very good. --99.59.x.xxx
