what's the best ozone machine do you guys use?

I bought a small one that cost $80 amazon. first off, it only allows 2 hours. it's small and doesn't fill entire house.

is there a good one that you let it run for several hours and it fill the entire house?

A 3500 mg/litre is a popular size for a 1000-1300 sq ft place, be sure to run it from a cord plugged in near the door, most have a timer bypass -hold- feature that gives you a week or more to destroy the offending bacteria --76.188.xxx.xx

I don’t know if mine is a ‘good ‘ brand, but I have a Max Blaster. Had it for several years, still works well. About $350? If I recall....

I tend to run mine every evening for an hour or two after I leave for the day during a rehab. Use a timer to set it to run, and then have it off for at least 3 times the length it was on to allow ozone to dissipate. So, the 2 hour setting on yours sounds fine. And, also, as Vee said, have that extension cord plugged in to the outlet nearest the door, so if there is a power outage, and timer is screwed up, you can hold your breath long enough to unplug and get back out. Ozone is NOT for breathing!

Sounds like you just want to run yours a few more evenings, while you continue to do the turn-over activities during the days. --70.92.xxx.xxx

I just bought this one off Amazon for $109

Airthereal MA10K-PRO Industrial Ozone Generator 10,000 mg/h High Capacity O3 Machine Air Cleaner

I did the recommended extension chords to reach the door to unplug and then leave it to clear.

Worked as resident said the smell disappeared --24.62.xxx.xxx

I found that tenants that stink up a rental tend not to be too smart. Case in point, the tenants agree to NOT ENTER THE RENTAL FOR the time specified. Depending on the size of the unit it can range from 2 to 8 hours. A DANGER notice is placed on the doors of the unit.

One of the tenants goes inside because they don't want to "wait" and have no place else to go, even though the apartment complex has a garden area with table and chairs. This puts the tenants in a danger of breathing in O3... Not standard O2 oxygen.

So each time I place my Ozone machine in an occupied rental, I also have a MOTION ACTIVATED ALARM hook to a 100 dBA alarm. I tell my other tenants in the building if the alarm goes off, call me ASAP and see which one of the tenants cars is in the parking lot.

My alarm will trip a relay and cut off the Ozone machine and stop after a few minutes.

50% of the time tenants will enter saying they just needed to pick up something from inside. --47.156.xx.xx
