Well boys and gals it’s time to flip a few of my existing cribs that I’ve had for many years. I decided to starker a few homes that opened up into possibly a condo in Clearwater or possibly some more cribs in the villages Florida... I think 35 plus years of dealing with nw Milwaukee tenants is enough:-). Check out my latest flips that were my previous rentals at 5609 west congress and 5001 n 63rd street both in Milwaukee... I’ve had these cribs as nice rentals for many years but I think as my units open up I am going to trade into something that requires less drama... I have about 150!units and would like to reduce the risk factors of having another stroke... Btw, I’m feeling much better since my stroke 3 months ago... diet/exercise/less drinking:-). Doing what I can to stay around a lil longer ‘making the world a better place for a lot of people’... Take a looksie at the cribs on google and let me know what you think... I got over asking price on Congress in two days... 63rd no offer yet, just reduced 4K.... Peace out, Cimba Gone

Cimba I just googled and both are nice houses. I'm glad to hear that you're feeling better and making the changes need to avoid another stroke. A starker into something less stressful is a great idea. The south has a more laid back atmosphere and the winters are milder. I love to look at the listing when you flip a house. --71.213.xx.xxx |
