We charge a $150 pet registration fee per pet. Plus $15-20/month per pet.

Different states have different economies. Call a few places and pose as a possible tenant to find out what other landlords are charging for pet fees and pet rent. Then make yours more expensive if you'd really not rather have pets in your place. If you're okay with pets then either up it a little or go with the going rate. --71.213.xx.xxx |

All you have to do is to call and say "hi. I'm a landlord in the area and I'm trying to figure out what other landlords are charging for pet rent."

lol. I don’t charge extra fees for animals. I allow them subject to my prior approval. I charge higher rents than comp set bc I allow pets. and my houses all have fenced back yards. a targeted mkt. --70.119.xxx.xxx |
