I would like to use my phone to send rent receipt to my Tenant’s by email or text and track all the rents record etc. Do you know whether there are good phone app to do that ?

The Square app allows you to send receipts automatically to phone or email. They also allow stored credit cards and recurring monthly bills for rents. And they track your receipts so you can print reports and use for your taxes.

Of course they charge 2.75%. I'm fine with that. --69.80.xx.xxx
