I would like to use my phone to send rent receipt to my Tenant’s by email or text and track all the rents record etc. Do you know whether there are good phone app to do that ?

I just send them a text message if they pay cash or money order first time. After that we do ACH and their bank statement is their receipt. --97.91.xxx.xxx

We have never sent receipts since starting autodraft 20 some years ago.
