I have had a PO Box in one of the three counties that I work in for roughly a dozen or so years. I just received a memo in the box today - it appears that business customers can get a new premium service PFS-Local.
PFS stands for Premium Forwarding Service Local. The cost of the service is only $19.35/annually and a container fee. I am wondering anyone out there uses this service or not? Is it worth it?

Ray one PO BOX or 3?
I go to the PO every day. The reason I picked the particular post office-- it is the furthest away from me--- but is on the other side of my SFH's. My intent was to be forced to drive, every day, through the area my properties are located. There is never an excuse not to see any property -- EVER.
I do have 3 PO Boxes in the same Post Office. One for the management co (employee and very few assets), one for the business for rent business-- insurance etc. And one for separate maintenance company. All have own EIN #'s.
Also 3 separate phone lines for each. Honestly-- it makes things so much easier all around and no co-mingling of businesses. --99.103.xxx.xxx |

Just a thought- would this then be able to lead someone to trying your different assets, properties together? What I am saying is, give some thought to whether or not this could uncover additional assets in a lawsuit discovery phase... or other difficult situation.... --70.92.xxx.xxx |

Does that mean they would automatically forward you mail to you at your "real" address. That might be nice - If you're not like myob, and it's a chore to drive there.
However, Busy makes a good point. And I wonder how much it would delay the receipt of anything important. Hopefully not much, if it's local.

If this means anything...I don’t recall the name of the service but you have your mail sent there.. they open it, scan it, and email it to you.
Heard this from the full time RV crowd.
