I used to get an inspection annually, within a couple days you can open for business with the service here. Always a good idea to have the latest local and state tenant rules printed out and understood before opening for business. --76.188.xxx.xx

If you're talking about credit checks through Mr. Landlord's site, it took less than 24 hours from my inspection to the time that I could pull credit reports. And the credit report pull is pretty much instant after that. --47.41.xxx.xxx
