This is a fun read. I'll try to condense it. Millionaire tenants in Tempe, AZ (Phoenix) rent house from cheapskate LL to throw parties and political suares rather than mess up their own house, now suing LL for repairs...

And here you thought Sect 8 was a pita. :D
